This is done in conjunction with matching their skills and experience to the individual(s) that need their support. This strategy helps create the most desirable employment circumstances for each prospective employee.

This strategy has been helpful in creating balance between work and life commitments. Such as a mother who does not want to work in the morning so she can be with her children and get them ready in the morning for school. This is also helpful for students who prefer to work a significant number of hours in two days and have the rest of their week to devote to their studies.
